Overview

On unopened merchandise, we have a simple no questions asked 30 day return policy. Of course, as we are in the business of sourcing products that customers enjoy, we would welcome your comments on why you want to return a product.

If you have opened merchandise, please contact us so we can review the situation and work towards a solution.

International Buyers – we are only able to refund the product purchased from our website. There are no refunds for international shipping or duties and fees if the reason for your return is customer-faulted (changed your mind, forgot that you don’t like the flavor of strawberry, and similar reason).

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Bulk or some short-dated sales

If an item cannot be returned, this will be stated on the product page beforehand. We don’t like surprises either!

Refunds

Please contact us first to initiate a return as the return location and shipping setup will vary based on your location and what you purchased.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
